Vacation in the last week of July 2022
Location: the walk to town was about 15/20 minutes (relaxed walking). We found it perfect because we don't like the extreme hustle and bustle with so many tourists in the long run.
Cleanliness: Without words, perfect.
Service: so much smiling and relaxation has contributed to the feeling of well-being. Every request was immediately fulfilled.
Furnishing:
Due to the heat we can only judge the pool and pool area.
It is a cozy garden with lush bushes and trees. Three/four more umbrellas would be nice. Especially at the pool.
The pool is very clean and enough for a good 10 stroke swim. It was never full even though the garden was occupied. The atmosphere there was very relaxed.

Premetto che ho prenotato la camera "basic" che già era di un prezzo esagerato, considerando che il lago è ha 15 minuti di auto, e la location è tra la superstrada e la ferrovia, quindi confidavo nella qualità dei servizi. La piscina era ancora chiusa, mentre in tutti gli altri hotel era in funzione, la temperatura dell'idro era adatta per bollire la pasta, dulcis in fundo, in camera non funziona l'aria condizionata e si rischia lo svenimento, ma per avere un cambio stanza ci siamo dovuti incaxxare... infine la colazione normalissima di un 2/3 stelle non certo da 4, niente estrattore, niente spremuta, salumi e formaggi confezionati, per caffè e cappuccini solo la macchinetta

Pulito, accogliente e professionale. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali. Il centro benessere è minimale ma adatto allo scopo di un buon soggiorno relax. Ottimo ristorante con piatti di pesce con materia prima di buona qualità ben lavorata. Personale professionale. Consigli: l’area relax della spa dovrebbe essere insonorizzata per evitare di sentire il frastuono dell’idromassaggio. La temperatura di idromassaggio e anche quello della sauna finlandese andrebbe gestito meglio… abbiamo chiesto di abbassare la temperatura dell’idromassaggio senza successo (acqua esageratamente bollente)

Ho passato un weekend con mia moglie in questo hotel ben organizzato di tutto punto e pulitissimo. Nessun rumore fastidioso,nessun odore sgradevole. Relax totale nella spa, anch'essa ben gestita e curata. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Peschiera in prossimità del lago di Garda.

Location molto ben tenuta, ottima posizione. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo. Colazione ricca e variegata. Camere ampie dotate di tutto l’essenziale. Il centro benessere non prevede prenotazione e il sabato in cui ci siamo andati noi apriva alle 14. Ovviamente era super affollato e gli spazi erano decisamente ridotti rispetto alle persone che c’erano. All’apertura non c’era acqua per le tisane (altri ospiti hanno dovuto chiamare l’addetta per farla riempire) e nonostante continuassero a riempirla (sempre su richiesta) si svuotava subito perché appunto c’era troppa gente. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere dei servizi della spa perché per ogni servizio c’era troppa fila. Considerato che era uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura, siamo rimasti un po’ delusi. A parte questo, il resto merita.

Camere spaziose e insonorizzate, dotate di tutto l’essenziale. Colazione buona e ricca e ambienti comuni ben tenuti. Molto apprezzato anche il garage sotterraneo in cui lasciare l’auto. Unico neo il centro benessere a cui si accede senza limiti e senza prenotazione. Noi siamo arrivati alle 14 (orario di apertura), appena in tempo per provare il bagno turco, poi il centro si è riempito e non ci è stato più possibile provare altro. Sin dall’apertura la caraffa dell’acqua calda per le tisane era vuota. Quando poi un signore è uscito per dirlo alle addette, loro l’hanno subito riempita, ma poco dopo era di nuovo vuota. Siamo andati questa volta noi ad avvisare che era di nuovo finita l’acqua e l’addetta ci ha gentilmente risposto “l’acqua c’è già” per poi venire e constatare che non c’era. A parte questo, il resto del tempo nel centro benessere lo abbiamo passato rimanendo in piedi in mezzo ad altre persone aspettando che si liberasse un posto in qualsiasi posto, respirando aria consumata e ascoltando un fastidioso vociare, sembrava un parco giochi acquatico a ferragosto… insomma tutto meno che rilassante e, dato che il nostro doveva essere un weekend relax, siamo rimasti un po’ delusi.

I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, the hotel it’s self was gorgeous, with big windows, marble floors and high ceilings. The rooms follow suit, spacious, clean with all of the amenities you might need.
The outdoor pool is the perfect size for a dip, with a bar and plenty of chairs/sofas/sun loungers to relax on and soak up the Italian sun.
The spa is exceptionally relaxing, very well equipped with a good size jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation room and hydrotherapy showers, all free to use every afternoon - we took many opportunities to enjoy the spa and the massages they offered.
Every member of staff we interacted with were delightful, exceptionally helpful and kind. The attached restaurant offered a range of delicious meals for a discounted price for guests, as well as offering varied breakfast options every morning.
The hotel it’s self is in a quiet area, around a 15 minute walk from the lake and a 20/25 minute walk into the beautiful old town of Peschiera. If you drive or hire a car the hotel also offers free and secure parking.
This hotel is ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway, I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
