Das Hotel macht von außen einen soliden Eindruck. Es gibt einen Pool sowie zwei kostenlose Parkplätze. Sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sowie eine sehr blumige und blühende Außenanlage. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert, aber leider durch dünne Wände sehr hellhörig, die Toilette ist in einer kleinen Rigipskammer im Zimmer. Von dort aus hört man jedes noch so kleine Geräusch im ganzen Zimmer. Ebenso konnte man die Nachbargäste in ihren Zimmern reden hören und bekam auch jedes Geräusch auf dem Flur mit. Zudem man bei einem Zimmer im 1. OG jeden Stuhl vom EG laut hört der verrückt wird. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber gut ausgestattet mit einem TV, Klimaanlage, Minibar und einem großen Balkon sowie einer tollen großen Dusche. Das Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen wirkte sehr insich gekehrt und genervt. Das Hotel liegt Zentral von der Autobahn und weiteren Schnellstraßen, von denen man einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt hat um das umliegende Gebiet zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist okay aber es fehlt an abwechslung, es gibt jeden Tag die selben Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Katastrophe, Finger Weg, Hotelier ist sehr unkorrekt. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Klima. egal was ich bei der Steuerung ändere und einstelle die Temp bleibt gleich. Hotel hat überall die gleich Temperatur die von der Rezeption aus gesteuert wird, aktuell 27 Grad im Zimmer. Auf Reklamationen reagiert Inhaber und Personal nicht nach Einschaltung von Booking. Com wurde Wirt Laut und schrie mit uns. Nie mehr wieder, nicht empfehlbar

Bekamen nicht das Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten.Zimmer nicht sauber und Bad eine Katastrophe. Zimmer im 70er Jahre Stil. Hotelier sehr arrogant und unfreundlich ( milde ausgedrückt ). Pool nur 3 Sonnenschirme. Am Sonntag Mittag kamen dann vom Hotelier Mehrere Familienangehörige mit Kindern ( ca. 8 Erwachsene und 15 Kinder ) und machten eine privat Party mit Musik, Bier, Schnaps und Essen so das man als Hotelgast den Pool verlassen musste, da man keinen Platz mehr im Pool hatte.

Superbe hôtel vu de d'extérieur. Grandes chambres, mais salles de bains très dégradées....vétustes et usées....pas d'aération dans certaines (312 par ex.). Patron pas très accueillant. La restauration est correcte, quantité et qualité sont au rendez vous.

For me, returning to this hotel from child to mother was exciting to say the least. Eros and Lorena have been friends of my grandparents for many years and I absolutely couldn't have gone anywhere else but here! The hotel is very close to everything, Sigurtà garden, Gardaland, Sirmione, Verona. Possibility of purchasing tickets at reduced prices from the very kind Licia at reception. Fabulous breakfast and very kind waitresses. Excellent restaurant. Super functional room and truly top shower!!!!

This place is a dump, and the owner is a nasty bully. It is closed off on both sides by construction sites, which means you can only get out by car -- you take your life into your hands if you leave by foot or bicycle! It is far from Lake Garda -- too far to walk, and as noted, a dangerous road to bike there.
