The hotel is worth more than its classification because the room is large and bright like the interior spaces. The breakfast is good and varied and the staff very attentive. Convenient free parking a few tens of meters away

チェックイン時の評価でも述べた通り、入室後３０分もしないうちに、使用した浴室洗面台排水管から漏水があることがわかった。多量に噴出しているわけではないけれど、使用の都度に確実に一定量の排水が床に流れ出てくるため、すぐに床が水溜りになった。床に排水口はなく、余っているベットの寝具を動員して床拭きと洗面台支柱周りの水止めとした。翌朝ルームメイクにスペイン語のメモで、修繕か、すぐにできない場合は現状維持を指示した。
夜部屋に戻ったら水止めは撤収されていたので、修繕されたと思ったけれど、すぐに治っていないことがわかり、ルームメイクやメンテナンスの担当者の技量の低さとやる気のないことがわかった。
もうホテルスタッフに何を言っても無駄なので、あと一晩の一時凌ぎで予備枕とベッドクション計４個を動員して水止めとし、翌朝は何も言わずにチェックアウトした。
ホテルからは、滞在中はもちろん、その後も一切経過説明や謝罪はなく、改めてスタッフのレベルの低さは明らかになった。
” Peso da Régua”は有名なワインツーリズムのベースなので観光客も多く、たくさんホテルがあるので他を選んだ方が良い。
ちなみに無料の朝食は無料にしてももう少し工夫しても良いかと思うほどのものだった。
もし、漏水とその最悪の対応が偶然なかったらまた違う評価になったと思う。

Boa localização. Está no centro da cidade. A limpeza do quarto era boa e a relação oferta/ preço perfeitamente aceitável. Bom pequeno almoço. Só não dou melhor pontuação pelas sugestões que nos deram de sítios onde comer. Devem actualizar-se pois as sugestões dadas foram um autêntico fracasso. No geral recomendo, mas para quem precisa de apenas 1 ou 2 noites.

Although staff can speak little English, they are very helpful. The room is simple but clean. The location is excellent. It’s just a half price of a room in Porto and even breakfast is included! Only to those customers with heavy luggage should note that there’s no lift so you’ve to walk to your room no matter which floor you’re staying.
