The room is clean and equipped with simple kitchen appliances. It is a quiet neighbourhood.

The place was very clean with clear instructions. Consumables like trash bags and toilet paper were amply provided. The room had enough hangers, making laundry and drying clothes convenient. The bed was just the right firmness. Parking was easy, and the location was relatively quiet. It's only about a 30-minute drive to the city center without traffic.

The room is clean and comfortable. The check in process is very convenient as well, the management team contacted me with the check in details a day before and even checked on me, and asked if everything was okay during my stay. I love how clean the entire place is, from the floor to the toilet. Lovely place and comfortable stay!

Highly recommended B&B! The host contacted me proactively after I booked and sent check-in instructions the day before our stay, including clear directions for parking. All the instructions were very clear. Plus, the host usually replies instantly and constantly checks in on our experience – absolutely no worries there! The B&B's hygiene was also excellent! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! 🌟

Had a really good stay here, literally a short walk from JayaOne so it was easy to get stuff that I needed. The host was also very kind and responsive when I had questions or any trouble with any if the amenities. Place was clean and as per description. Area was also quiet and the WiFi worked well so it was perfect for my remote working when I was there. They also tried their best to let me check in earlier which I really appreciate. Would love to stay here again if I'm ever in KL.

A very satisfying experience. Apt is strategically located, behind Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya. We love the surrounding area, easy to find Food and there's an AEON supermarket. Its smart door handle is really useful. Jenny also quick to response to our request. Our family loves the apt! It's spacious, comfy and has complete amenities. Will definitely come again!

I love the easy & hassel-free self check in/out of the accommodation. It makes you feel at home, especially with the "home equipments" provided in the unit. I really like the home-stay concept in the midst of commercial area because it gives me more options if I want to prepare my own meal rather than relying on food outlets around the area. Pacific Tower is so strategically located which makes it almost an ideal place to stay in PJ and an excellent mode of accommodation especially for low budget travellers.

Host is very friendly and responsive! It’s a very good location whereby streets are not noisy and easy to walk around.

As mentioned, my family extended our stay at this apartment. We are very happy with our stay here. Service, location and cleanliness are up to our expectations. Thank you for your hard work!

The location is decent and convenient enough for getting around Bukit Bintang area. The unit itself looks clean and new, just like in the photos. However, there are a few issues that affected our comfort during the stay: • The curtains do not fully cover the windows (there are gaps on the sides), so the room doesn’t get completely dark. • Soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear noise from outside and neighboring units. • One of the air conditioners was not working properly, making the room feel warm and uncomfortable at times. While the unit appears modern and clean, these problems made the stay less relaxing than expected. Better curtains, improved sound insulation, and ensuring all air cons are fully functional would greatly improve the experience.

We had a very pleasant and happy stay. The place is very clean and location is a plus point. Plenty of eateries around the area. Check in and check out process were at ease with very clear and precise details given. Jenny is definitely a superb host.
