Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya was Rebeand as Marriot management since lads December 2025, some rooms, restaurant & swimming pool still under maintanance but still Marriot Petaling Jaya always welcome all customer to feel the greatest service , Room very stunning & innovative refurbishing & no doubt for the Morning Buffet Breakfast is Awesome with variety fusion food ❤️🤩 Parking per Entry rm5 for all staying customer 🫡✅Keep it up Marriot PJ ill seeing u again nextime 🌹

A pleasant stay in a newly renovated hotel. The room was clean, bright, and generously sized. Breakfast included a nice mix of Chinese and Western cuisine.

The hotel's professionalism is extremely poor, their internal processes are chaotic, responsibilities are unclear, and they show no respect for customers. I had a booking for three nights and intended to stay two. I asked if I could pay for two nights upfront, leaving the last night pending. I was told I could pay the full amount and get a refund if I checked out early. However, when I went to check out on the second day, before 12 PM, I was told I couldn't get a refund. They claimed the reservations department needed to email the platform, and the refund would only happen if the platform agreed. I then contacted the platform, and they informed me the hotel had refused the refund. It feels like the front desk staff act like gods from a big corporation, and customers are the vulnerable party.

Absolutely loveeee the new hotel but maybe it might be better if the renovation is completed. Love the breakfast so much cause the food was so yummy and for coffee lovers trust me you gonna love their coffee!!!!
