The room was just okay — not particularly clean, but not dirty either. Unlucky me: - 1st day: Poor Wi-Fi and the smart TV didn’t work. I called the night shift reception — no apology, slow response, just treated it like it was normal. - 2nd & 3rd day: Smart TV finally worked, but the remote control was faulty. - 4th day: Finally, everything worked 😅 Breakfast was a highlight — good selection and tasty! Would I come back? Not sure. Depends on how the next visit goes.

Great stay overall. Nice firm mattress toppers and a quiet experience. Rooms are a bit small but other than that cant complain. Close to sunway pyramid. Free parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff. Booked an extension already.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the concierge who secured last-minute dinner reservations, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Special mention to Aina at the front desk who made us feel like valued guests.
