New hotel, very affordable price for two queen beds, just that the location is abit far for travelers unless you are driving.

I would not recommend my bags was stolen from front of the room and I went to the reception to complain and they said we can’t help you imagine your bags being stolen from a hotel and they say we can’t help u it’s not our problem and the worst thing is some of the reception guy’s are racist Indian in a bad way

We arrived at 2pm reception allowed us to check in, this is a plus point. The room was facing the opposite building not much view. Room is spacious 2 queen beds are comfortable.

If driving, the nearest basement car park for Mossaz is B4. Can whatapps the customer service to obtain a video guide for how to find the car park. If not may lost and waste time for looking the car park cause the surrounding building is still in work in progress. Room cleanliness is fair, the room floor is feel sticky and bathroom floor feel slippery. advice to prepare ur own one time use slipper.

The entrance for parking was difficult to find, there wasn’t any clear indication. We got a room at first but the light was not functioning and there were no cutleries for us but it indicate there was. Also the room was extremely oily, where seems not cleaned. Then we requested for changing room, luckily the room changing was slightly better where they provide the cutleries upon request. But we do need to wear the indoor slippers the whole time as the floor is still oily. The bed was not comfortable, as u can feel the spring once u sleep on it, seems it had been a long time.

Very new apartment building. Well furnished with mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwaved, induction cooker, pots & utensils etc.
Bed was comfy, room was clean. There is shampoo & body wash but no hand wash. Aircon & fan works well too. There is a convenience store just beside the lobby
Only down side is that the location is very new so its not that searchable on Google map. So grab drivers who use external GPS instead of the grab GPS will have difficulty finding the pick up point.

The entrance to the apartment carpark or pick up / drop off point is difficult to find. Room cleanliness can be improved. However, service makes up the difference. Kudos to the quick response from the service team
