i just stay there 1 night, was check out at 9am .. when i arrived, there is 1 male staff working at receptionist .. no smile at all, so arrogant .. foreigner staff i think .. i arrived at 23:45 @ 01/10/2026.. there is a queue when i arrived .. the room was nice, clean, all equipment can use well, fridge is well .. water heater not function.. big room .. can repeat again .. price is affordable.

The CS team is very supportive, friendly and accomodative to my early check in qnd late check out request. Only one suggestion i have, is to notify the people who booked this hotel that the CS number is only meant for whatsapp use and not call as initially when i just booked ive been calling for days as instructed in the booking confirmation email from Trip.com Other than that they are perfect and the location is superb. Walking distance to mall, even ATM, grocery shop and even a restaurant are just a stone throw away if you are lazy to walk to mall. Just the food within this vicinity a little bit on high side.. an average meal is above RM23 with drink. Trust me, it was a good stay. Check out the photos

It is still okay,I like the gym environment,but I feel the lifts is a bit trouble

Reasonable price with comfortable stay. Suitable with family vacation in Petaling Jaya and near to University Malaya. Nice gym facilities and swimming pool. Near to IKEA Damansara & One utama shopping Centre. Very convenient with Hextar shopping Centre with a variable restaurant and shops.

About two weeks ago, I stayed at Mossaz Hotel for around 3 days. Before that, I stayed at Paxtonz Hotel. The room at Paxtonz was nice and I didn't have any major problems. There was a slight bad smell coming from the toilet and under the sink, but it was still acceptable. I book Q-31-06 this room in mossaz ,I staying at this room also ..As for Mossaz Hotel, I have stayed there many times before. In fact, I am a regular customer. Whenever I have emergency work, I usually choose to stay at your hotel because I was always satisfied with my previous experiences. Please note that (Q-31-06) this room However, during my most recent stay, the service was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were black stains all over the mosaic tiles, and the toilet bowl was even worse. It was full of rust and dirt inside, as if it had not been cleaned at all. The sink was also dirty, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from both the bathroom and underneath the sink. I honestly don't know why the room was left in that condition. The air conditioner was another major issue. It was not cold at all. It was extremely hot inside the room. Please make sure your air conditioners are properly serviced because they are very important for your guests' comfort. The unit only blew air but did not cool the room at all. On top of that, the remote control battery was almost dead, so sometimes the buttons didn't even respond when pressed. For your future management, please inspect every room carefully before allowing guests to check in. Make sure the air conditioner is working properly and ensure the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and in good condition. I really don't understand how you could assign a room to a guest when it was clearly not clean and not properly maintained. The dining table was dirty, the TV was dusty, and even the windows were dirty. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. Even after mopping, there were still visible dirty marks on the floor. The room also had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like your staff didn't even use any room freshener. The bathroom smelled terrible and was in an unacceptable condition. The bedsheets had blood stains and rust-like marks on them. We had to sleep on stained bedsheets. Is that really acceptable? The bedsheets also smelled bad. They were too small for the bed, and every time we lay down, they came loose because they were not fitted or tucked in properly. They were dirty and in very poor condition. We paid for this room, and it certainly wasn't cheap. Yet this is the kind of room you provided. Even asking for an extra bottle of drinking water required an additional charge. If you're going to charge guests even for small things, then at least make sure your service, cleanliness, and room condition are of a high standard first. I have actually been meaning to leave this feedback for quite some time, but only today did I have the opportunity. Please don't disappoint or cheat your customers. Do your job properly, maintain your rooms well, and ensure your guests receive the quality they are paying for. I sincerely hope you improve your standards because loyal customers deserve much better than this.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room for a night. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and just a walking distance to Empire Hextar Mall. I liked the atmosphere here. Amazing pool view and the sunrise view.

The hotel is near to the Hexter Shopping Mall, have a food court, supermarket, restaurants and Parkson department store. Hotel is clean and quiet, only pass the key to register counter for check out, very fast.
