I would not recommend staying at Mossac for the following reasons: 1. Poor traffic flow and unclear parking directions: The traffic around the property is very confusing. When I asked the front desk staff where I should park, I was simply told to go to B3, with only a vague indication of the direction. No parking map or clear instructions were provided. I had to drive around several times and even ask the security guards, who were also unable to provide clear directions. 2. Unpleasant smell in the lobby: There was a persistent unpleasant, possibly sewage-like smell in the lobby. Although air fresheners were used to mask it, the smell was still noticeable. 3. Cleanliness needs improvement: The cleaning team should pay more attention to detail and ensure the premises are cleaned thoroughly, as there was noticeable dust in the area. The floor are sticky. There is a red color bra on the floor behind the curtain, could be from the previous tenant. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again. I hope the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements. There Please refer to the attached photos for evidence of the issues mentioned above

We have booked this place for multiple time. However, this time we saw some roaches inside the bathroom. Time for pest control I supposed. 😭

Better than expected condition the room is big , overall satisfy for the price we paid. Will definitely visit again for a short business trip

Location is good near to one utama and petaling jaya. Lift is a problem as it is always very full, need to wait for very long. Cleanliness is acceptable though we saw a spider on the day we checked in, and there is bad sewage smell in the toilet.

The accommodation provided a truly wonderful and relaxing experience for everyone involved. Every corner of the space was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful, making it easy to enjoy a restful stay. Everything functioned perfectly, and the host was very professional throughout the entire visit. It was a delightful pleasure to stay in such a well-maintained and pleasant environment.
