Overall, the hotel management could be improved. Toilet paper was not replenished daily, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is also located quite far from the city centre, with no train station nearby, making transportation less convenient. In addition, the elevators were insufficient to handle the heavy traffic during check-out time, resulting in long waiting times.
Hopefully, the management will take these issues into consideration and make improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.

If you dont mind the horrible lift waiting time, horrendeous parking layout (Narrow af), maze like entrance and some aircon water leaking. It is actually ok for the price. Room is spacious, with nearby Empire City to dine in. Not a bad place as compare to the reviews.
3/5 but i think there are better place for the price.

I've stayed here countless times and love the location and the view. Downstairs, there's a delicious beef noodle shop and a super convenient 24-hour Bila Mart! It's incredibly convenient.

This is my 2nd stay at Mossaz. However, the experience was not good this time. There are cockroaches in the toilet and accommodation. My sister got bitten by bed bug and it caused allergic reaction. She got hives all over her body immediately in the midnight and we didn’t stay at the place.

Overall, the stay at Mossaz was okay. The room was decent and suitable for a short stay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanlines.

The room had a hairdryer and a microwave, but the microwave was broken. It was nice to have cutlery, though there was a strange smell, so I didn't dare use it. The room was quite spacious. I stayed for 14 consecutive days and wasn't granted a late checkout; they charged me 100 MYR from my deposit for leaving at 1 PM.
I couldn't even negotiate to delay my check-in by a few days when I didn't stay the first seven days. So, definitely check everything before booking. When I first checked in, the bedsheets were dirty, but they did replace them with new ones later.
