As someone who has previously worked in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of guest satisfaction and the effort required to maintain good service standards. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback based on my one-night stay. 1. Reception Service: Upon arrival, the receptionist was not very welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and the tone used was rather abrupt, which left a negative first impression. 2. Room Comfort & Cleanliness: The room itself was quite comfortable in terms of space and layout. However, cleanliness needs improvement. Certain areas seemed neglected, which made the room feel less inviting. 3. Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well. The room remained warm throughout the night, which affected my comfort and sleep quality. 4. Toilet Amenities: Basic toiletries were not provided. The soap dispenser available was rusty and unclean, raising concerns about hygiene and overall maintenance. 5. Entertainment Options: The television had only one working channel with no variety, which may disappoint guests looking to unwind with some entertainment. 6. In-Room Items: The coffee glass provided was stained and yellowish, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned or replaced. Overall, while the room shows potential in terms of layout and comfort, there are several key areas that require attention.Especially service quality, cleanliness, and room facilities.
