So far the location is good. Nearby got many places to eat and easy access to the public transportation. The service provided also good, every request was fulfilled well. Sad thing is we could not lock the toilet door. There is no lock provided😌. And the space is too small so might be not enough to put many things🐒.

Good location with lots of good food around. But it can be noisy and it sort of give some scary vibes at night. Room service needs to be requested manually. No fridge and no room slippers. There’s a bar soap and a shampoo gel that I used and don’t think it wash my hair cleanly. Better to bring your own or buy it at Watsons or guardian nearby.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the front desk service during my recent stay. When I requested two bottles of water since there were two of us staying in the room, the staff only provided one. When I politely asked if I could have one more, I was told that there were none available.
I find this response quite unreasonable and disappointing. For a hotel of your size and reputation, it seems unacceptable that you cannot provide sufficient drinking water for the number of guests staying in the room. I hope you can look into this matter seriously and improve the level of service.
