The hygiene was acceptable, and the room was quite spacious. They offered luggage storage, which was convenient. The front desk area was a bit small, but the hotel didn't require a deposit, which simplified the check-in process overall. There are many dining options nearby, along with a small supermarket and numerous durian shops. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and our room was on the first floor, so we had to climb one flight of stairs. This might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. There's a water dispenser on our floor, and also a washing machine, but it was difficult for us to pay as Chinese guests, so we didn't use it. The front desk staff, Akmall, was very friendly.

My first time staying here with a friend. The aircond isn’t as cooling as expected. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. We were provided with a hairdryer when requested for one but the plug was 2 flat pin whilst the room plug is 3pin. Went to ask for an adapter but was told they don’t have. Why provide a hairdryer that doesn’t come with proper plug?

This is my 3rd time with them. I have requested to change room as there was an issue with the room I booked.
They immediate changed a new room for me. I appreciate the fast respone 😀. So far, I was happy.

Didn't expect much. It was smaller than I imagined. It was just basic without much furniture. Just nice for a night's stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible. The air conditioning was so noisy, both the indoor and outdoor units sounded like a tractor. Plus, it wasn't clean and the room was tiny. Seriously, do NOT stay here.
