Very nice and friendly staff served us upon our arrival. Even let us early checked in as we reached the hotel before 11am. Stayed at the hotel for anniversary. The duty manager send us a nice cake for our annivesary. Love it so much. Have a very pleasant stay.

Great location with linked access to the huge Sunway shopping mall. Right next to Sunway Lagoon and close accessibility to the ice skating rink, bowling alley and cinema.

One of the great hotels with many well-maintained, fun and clean facilities to be used.
Absolutely convenient with abundance of parking, lots of F&B as it's attached to a big mall which is Sunway Pyramid and definitely a place for families to gather and have a fun leisure trip.
Absolutely love the breakfast provided with a wide range of selection of food and cuisine that are well prepared. Quality and tasty food is really important for me as it fuels me with nutritious food to function.
Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The room are old and dirty. Housekeeping are terrible. They only know how to make up the bed but didn’t care to clean the tables, cupboards and any other surfaces. Please avoid this hotel if not you’ll regret.

Thankful that front desk gave us a connecting room. Has essentially everything we need and reasonably priced too. Decent stay for the price paid. Location is 10/10 !! Close to Sunway lagoon and the Sunway pyramid shopping mall.
Breakfast so so only, need to walk to Sunway resort hotel. Staff are attentive to your needs.

I have stayed here before and everytime I check in the atmosphere is the same, very friendly, fast and proffessional.
The great location, great food , clean and comfortable room makes me wanting to stay here again in my future trips here
