Spacious room with good bed. Nice view of the city. Had difficulty to get car park when checking in.

The hotel is very nice and the people are very friendly. Except for the room card needing to be reactivated after one day is troublesome as I have to queue in line with ppl who is checking in (waisted 20min of my time). There was some leaking from the window during the rain but I wasnt at the hotel when it happen n it didnt bother me that much. Ambiance of hotel is nice and it is near train station so it is easy to go to KL Central. But there is no walking distance mall. There is a 24hrs convenient shop, can walk to it but it wasnt so near. There is a Nasi Kandar shop behind the patrol station which sells very delicious food. Overall its a good hotel.

The overall room is clean and cozy. However, the access card provided should be raised to 2. Hence, it can be suited for 1 card for each adult, where the minimum adults for this room is 2 persons.

All th hotel staffs was great and helpful. Always 24/7 on alert taking care of my Superbike motorcycle. Safety won't be a concern there..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Parking fee RM2 per entry (need to validate at lobby)
Overall good service with toiletries toothbrush toothpaste but no comb available.
Good service and provide room service.
The aircon super cool.
With table chair and big mirror.

Do not be fooled by the exterior of the building, the interior and the room differs from it.
I believed that area is more or less a business or office area, the reception gave the nearest makan place with decent value.
A slight minor part but did not really adds to my experience was, kettle was not working and toothbrush and toothpaste were not given. For a moment, I thought it’s a regulation in HK until I confirmed with the reception.

Don’t provide floor mat. Water in the shower areas flows out to the WC area and make the place so wet and dangerous
