大堂的硬件條件很不錯，周邊有商業和快速線，離市區大概10公里路程。給差評的是因為我們入住的時候，要求給一個安靜點的房間，但是因為酒店就在高速路和地鐵站的旁邊，晚上噪音非常大，喜歡安靜的人慎重選擇。
必須要投訴前台，入住第二晚隔壁房間一堆韓國人在大聲喊叫，房門還打開着，從十一點開始到十二點，連續打了四次電話給前台，一點反應都沒有，根本沒人上來管，最後還是得自己去制止，但是韓國人的素質真的差，居然毫無歉意，真不知道哪裡來的優越感。幾個房間的人堆在一個房間大聲吵鬧，根本就不拿其他住客當回事，真當你自己家啊！

Hotel room is clean and neat. Staffs attitude are very good and caring.
Being 2nd stay customers, I think hotel should value our booking and should give us higher floor stay or even a upgrade should there be a bigger room available. Overall, very enjoyable stay in M World Hotel. Recommended. 😄

Very well run hotel. Location is excellent as the Bandar Utama MRT station is just a few minutes away via a covered walk. One Utama shopping mall is right after the MRT exit. Access to lobby by car is good but the lobby entrance is not easily visible (you don’t want to turn into the Power House lobby next to the hotel and be confronted by their security). See photo for lobby entrance. This was taken long before Avante was renamed M World. The sign & position has since been updated but I think it is still not prominent enough.
