I was here for a wedding, and overall the stay was pretty good. Most of the staff were friendly, although one seemed a bit aloof. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is convenient and has most things you'd need, but the mall itself isn't very lively; it's quite quiet. Be aware that some restaurants don't accept cash at all. All in all, it was a good experience. 😊

The rooftop pool offers amazing visuals and a fantastic night view. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and the shared parking garage with the mall provides one complimentary parking fee during your stay. The customer service attitude was excellent! My only complaints are that the pillows were too soft and the noise from the nearby mosque playing at 4 or 5 AM was incredibly loud, waking me up forcefully! The soundproofing isn't great.

The air conditioning in my room had an issue, but the front desk handled it very efficiently. They immediately arranged a room change and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and even provided a complimentary fruit platter. Great customer service and a pleasant stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
