I book this hotel cause they have provide car park, but the staff told me car park have to paid, rm10 per entry, end up I just drive in for check in have to paid rm10 parking fee. Btw there is car park outside the building but always full. Second thing, the room has moldy smell,the ceiling has mold, the bathroom has ant, and the most important is, got no hot shower! I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned – the bedsheets had blood stains, and both the blanket and pillow were stained as well. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. In addition, the walkway to the room felt eerie and unsafe. I truly hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and overall guest experience.

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty and dusty, the shower water was not hot, and the air conditioning was not working. Overall, everything was poor. We informed the staff, but nothing was done. When we asked for a room replacement, we were told that the other units had the same issues. Would not recommend.

More like apartment than hotel room, no cleaning and changing of towels, bottle drinks unless requested but it was value for money as the apartment was about 50 sq m.
