Had a very great experience staying here! Everything was satisfying, from the overall service to the facilities. The best part is that the hotel is interconnected with the mall, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure without having to go far.
The breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of choices to suit different preferences. The breakfast area was also spacious and comfortable, making the whole dining experience even better.
Special mention to the bellman for the excellent hospitality! He was so warm and friendly, treating our little one like family. That extra warmth really made our stay even more memorable. ❤️
Overall, a wonderful stay with great convenience and facilities. Definitely a place I would love to return to! Highly recommended. ❤️

The room is very spacious, the service is excellent, and it is spotlessly clean with good soundproofing. The location is prime, with direct access to the shopping mall. Everything you could want for dining, shopping, and entertainment is right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!

One World Hotel has a long history, so the rooms definitely show their age. It's not one of the newest five-star hotels. The air conditioning was a bit loud; even on the lowest fan speed, it made it difficult to fall asleep. However, I had breakfast there for several days in a row, and the selection was extensive. The entire dining area has been newly renovated, which was definitely a plus for this hotel.

Room is clean and spacious! Breakfast is amazing and huge selections to choose from, one down size is those pastries is too big, I could try more different pastry if it was smaller! Locations is perfect, big shopping mall connected to the hotel and plenty of restaurants to choose from！staffs are friendly and helpful ! I would love to stay again next time !

Booked a room for a family of 4 and was kindly given a huge corner space which included a living room area. The hotel is conveniently located near Subang airport and with direct access to 1 Utama Mall. The mall is great for kids especially with its NextGen theme park.

This stay was fantastic! The breakfast selection was huge, with Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Thai options. The Malaysian Nasi Lemak and Laksa were also delicious. The staff were friendly and very nice.
