Hotels near Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was relaxing, while the breakfast spread offered a good variety of choices. We also liked that the lobby had a spacious waiting area with plenty of comfortable seating, which was convenient while waiting for check-in or family member. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent. There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking. The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

Hotel is huge, my kid can run here and there inside. The hotel provide all the things needed like kettle, hair dryer. There is a swimming pool too, good way to play with ur family. Other than the wifi that is not working, everything is good here. The response team is responsive to all my inquiry(wifi problem), good job. If u wish to park at the season parking, u have to pay extra rm8, or else u can just park at the parking space that is available near Atria mall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay in a newly renovated hotel. The room was clean, bright, and generously sized. Breakfast included a nice mix of Chinese and Western cuisine.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.

Very spacious and bright room with a beautiful city view. The room has a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, all of which were very useful 👍. The cleanliness was good, though the sofa was a bit stained and could use a regular dry cleaning. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket too!

The hotel location is strategic, outsite lot of parking and walking distance to get food and mini MARKET. Comment: 1. Interior of hotel is not really renovated, found water is drop from ceiling at corridor. 2. Found same moset in the room is soft to step on and toilet cleanliness is average. Hope the comment can be improve in future. Anyway, I'm still enjoy to stay the hotel with the low price
