The cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent. There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking. The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

Royal Chulan Damansara was definitely worth my money! The room was very spacious and comfortable, making my stay really enjoyable. I was also impressed with the water pressure in the bathroom — it was strong and excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!

Clean outside and inside. A good location both Mossaz and Paxtonz are part of the Empire City in Damansara, Petaling Jaya next to the integrated shopping mall precinct rebranded into Hextar World at Empire city. Drive in and drop off at either designated lobbies under their names or drive into a well lighted multi-storey car park with security guards. Park car nearest to separate lift access to each lobby. Lift lobby up to units secured with unit access card. Deposit may be required depending on operator from RM50, RM100 or RM200 so prepare cash. Have BIla Bila Mart and food outlets nearby and in the mall, I guess. Saw a full pickle ball court nearby. Nice.

The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly. I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
