Where do you begin. Awful 2nd shift customer service. Handicap and had to actually sit in lobby till they gave me an appropriate room close to lobby. Less Handicap parking than rewards customers???? Only Handicap door with access is at lobby (all other doors step down ledge). Night shift was even WORSE. Had a problem with temperature in room. Told me to open door (lower floor no screen at 2am in morning). Wouldn't move us as he said you can't run that wall temperature gage all the rooms the same!!!! After 45mins of arguing asked us if we wanted new room??? Room was set at 67 heated up to 84??? Next morning he to day shift he offered new room right away...crap!!! Changed credit card upon check in and old card was on 1 receipt and other receipt was the one I used?? Has to straighten out before leaving... what a mess. Nevertheless I did get reimbursed after all the headaches. I would rather pay for a good hotel no headaches than go through all the hassles...
