Waited 45 minutes along with other customers for someone to come to front desk. Room was dirty. Hotel did not provide towels or wash cloths and doesn’t indicate online to bring your own. It is also hard to get a refund! Disgusted!

The front desk employees were great. The room was clean to some point. There were roaches, the shower curtain had shoe prints on it. Some walls had feet marks. But if you just need to sleep a few hours, it's tolerable.

The place was full of bugs. The bedding had stains on them. The towels in the restroom just outright dirty. I can’t believe they would allow anyone to stay in this hotel with the type of condition that this place was in. I checked in and when I got to the room and seen how dirty and disgusting it was I immediately check out and went somewhere else. I didn’t even bother asking for my money back, not that they would have refunded me any ways. This hotel needs to undergo a full makeover and then some. If this is all someone can afford I just recommend buying a tent from Walmart and sleeping outside.

The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.

When I got to the Hotel they had cancelled my reservation without any notice. Staff was too preoccupied to assist anyone. They also looked like they were understaffed. Ended up being for the best as the Hotel condition as well as the neighborhood is not great.
