A stay at Villa Narmada planned 1 year in advance for a family of 8 including a baby and an elderly person in fragile health from 03/9/2024 to 03/16/2024 Once arrived at the airport a 4x4 with 4 seats comes to us to pick us up and take us back to Villa Narmada we had to wait around 2 hours before having a second taxi to bring all the group back to their destination (the vacation started badly) Once we arrived at Villa Narmada we were told that 5 people so a baby has no room available and we are going to be relocated to another hotel not far away and the 3 remaining people have no worries, they will be well accommodated as planned! Once arrived at the other hotel "LE DOKKY HOUSSE", not even 10 minutes later we noticed that the other member of the group was arriving!!! In the end no one went to stay at Villa Narmada, my god, what a disaster! In just one word to sum up this place, A TODDI!!!!! We didn't sleep a wink all night! I don't wish anyone to go there! Immediately we all went to the villa to demand explanations! Receptionist had no answers to our questions, frankly not credible! No organization! But to take the money to take dozens of reservations, you are the first! But then you make the customers sleep in the toddi in a dirty place! Infested with cockroaches, the doors broke, we slept 8 people in a room and we had to close the door with a chair for fear that someone would come and disturb us! Villa Narmada once not twice!!!!!!!!!

It sometimes happens that the photos or comments are embellished, not in this case The welcome is friendly, the accommodation spacious, the bedding excellent, the breakfast (which we had as an option) is correct We can cook our own food, the accommodation is well equipped The cleaning done every day is impeccable The swimming pool is clean and very pleasant The team made up of Oumed, Sheila, Reshma, Aklima, Reeshubh, Ajay, Nita is pleasant and available Rakesh the driver, with whom we made several outings, is discreet, charming and interesting Ruth, at reception, was able to meet our expectations with great professionalism. Thank you all for their smile Please note that Villa Narmada is very well located, close to the bus shops and the beach. It is an establishment on a human scale, with a family spirit, which suited us perfectly. In short, we were there had a great vacation

The ideal location. Near the Super U, calm. The staff very welcoming. Thanks to Ruth for her advice and to Sheila who took care of our room (very clean every day), and our laundry when we needed to wash it. The apartment we had was very good. The complex deserves, from the owner, a good general refresh, before finishing its new hotel residence next door. Our night watchman, very friendly with whom we exchanged some anecdotes in the evening. Our adorable driver who gave us a history lesson on the island on the way out. And finally, all the Mauritians, always smiling, very kind. We really enjoyed our stay. We will come back.
