The location is very good, within walking distance of Petra, the viewing platform is good, and each room has a small balcony. The service is also good. The room is clean and tidy, but the bed is too small.

Excellent hotel from every point of view.
Service of a higher level than expected, kindness and helpfulness of the staff from a high-level structure. Excellent value for money, 5 min walk from the visitor center. Highly recommended.

It is close to the entrance of the ancient city of Petra, and the sanitation facilities in the rooms are good. I am quite satisfied.

Mooi vernieuwd hotel. Kamers zijn mooi, netjes schoon. Prima badkamer en ook een heerlijk bed! Koelkast en waterkoker plus koffie/thee op de kamer en elke dag nieuwe water flesjes. Mooi dakterras waar te weinig mee gedaan wordt. Ontbijt ivm weinig gasten niet als buffet maar aan tafel geserveerd, overigens prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel ligt ook nog eens op twee minuten lopen van de ingang van Petra. Leuke restaurantjes naast de deur.

Clean and comfortable. We had a nice spacious room on the 8th floor that had views over the town. Staff were friendly. Restaurant had standard breakfast and dinner fare, ok, but nothing that stood out. Perhaps the best feature is that it's only a minute's walk away from the visitors centre, from where you enter the ancient Petra site. Old Street Restaurant in the lane just outside the hotel is great.

Lovely area with views of the city and literally a 6 minute walk to the Petra museum and visitor center. Restaurants were in 200 ft of the hotel and overall it was very clean. I have no regrets and would choose them again.

The view from the hotel great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. However, the condition of the room was not good. Upon check-in, I saw one of the bedsheets was dirty, so had to request to have it changed. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition. The hot water was not working properly, the shower wouldn't drain, the toilet seat was broken. The room and bathroom needs renovations badly!

Great stay at Edom Hotel because of very accommodating staff Ayoub. He provided us all information about Petra. He also arranged our dinner at the cave even it's close that night. Ahmed prepared delicious food for dinner, dessert and setup the shisha at the rooftop. Overall great experience!

I had a wonderful time at the Edom hotel. Incredible location, hotel members that are constantly looking out for you, very clean, and excellent money for value. Good Wifi connection and ideal for remote work, whether it was from the rooms or their amazing rooftop restaurant. All I'd recommend is to open the restaurant for lunch!
