The hair dryer in my hotel room was dirty and I requested a replacement. A male housekeeper came to my room and saw me and said thank you in Chinese, even though I'm Japanese! When I said that, he made a discriminatory gesture of pulling my eyes out with his fingers! When I complained to the hotel manager, he responded angrily, saying, ``He just said YES, so you misunderstood!'' without admitting fault. This is the first time I have seen such a response at a luxury hotel! I'm really angry!

Beautiful hotel, with very friendly, respectful employees. The rooms are very clean, and come with the most beautiful astonishing view of the mountains, something you’ve never seen before and when looking at it keep you dazzled. For dinner we got a local dish with chicken en lamb what they grilled in a underground oven. This hotel and the staff deserves a full 5 star rating!
