Just had a lovely break at the Petra Guest House. Looked after so well by all the staff so friendly and helpful. Great room with spectacular views. Plus right by the entrance gate to the site, and visitors centre so you can get everything done so easily

We stayed 2 nights at Petra Guest.the location is great and rooms spacious. However we found the dining experience in the evening very disappointing. Menu largely consisted of wraps and burgers with very little Jordanian local food on offer. As a result we ate out in the town rather than in house.

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and wonderful site to visit Petra. Breakfast good but evening dining average with not too much choice a la carte eg no lamb. Buffet OK

The sraff was very friendly, as were all the Jordanians zi met The room was spotless and gorgeos with a view toward the siq. The AC provided just the right temperture and the bathroom fixtures were as good as any anyehere. I did not have enough room to try all the breakfast selections AND the front door of the hotel is just 200 feet from Petra" entry gate

You can’t beat the location of the Petra Guest House! Highlights include the Cave Bar and excellent service! After two days of four-hour hikes, I cannot emphasize what a relief it was to leave the entrance to Petra and arrive within minutes to their welcoming hotel!

Very nice hotel overall. The beds were comfy, the staff was helpful. The little cave bar is super cool! Traveling with a tour group-most (all) meals were buffet style and I found the selections good and tasty.
