Very kind and knowledgeable, and also friendly staff, perfect location in terms of accessing petra whether via the main entrance or the back entrance with the free shuttle. Would visit again.

The front desk is very good, right at the entrance of the attraction, very close!
Maybe because of the war, there are very few people, but Jordan feels quite safe, and everyone is very friendly. It is much better than the European experience, recommended!

The fluffiest towels in the world are to be found at this hotel - no seriously. It was like cashmere. Room was modestly sized, bathroom was fine but the toiletries supply could be improved. The view is nice. Location is great - less than 5 minutes walk to the Petra entrance which is just perfect. Food was good.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of our Jordan tour. We had a lovely, quiet room (327) which looked out towards the mountains & the visitor centre. Breakfast & dinner were included as part of our stay & both were very good. Dinner in the evening on the terrace was a highlight. We enjoyed the heated pool & jacuzzi. All staff were brilliant. Highly recommend.

Les chambres sont spacieuses , propres et calmes . les lits sont confortables , la salle de bain est moderne , propre , et entretenue . rien n'est de guingois comme dans certains établissements en Jordanie . The best hotel on the G-Adventures tour and just a few minutes walk from the main entrance to Petra, so we were able to get a very early start before the crowds and enter Petra as the sun was rising. The hotel kindly opened breakfast half an hour early to facilitate the group's early morning start. Comfortable room. We enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and views of a glorious sunset in the evening. Impressive range of choice for breakfast. By far the best hotel on our G-Adventures tour.

We had a fantastic dinner buffet at Petra Moon hotel this evening. Everyone loved the delicious food with a variety of choices for vegetarians and meat lovers. Personally, I found the local dishes excellent and we all could nt get enough of the apple pie afterwards. The price is extremly fair and the staff are very friendly and accomadative.

One of the hotel that provides budget friendly accommodation with comfort and clean stay along with near to Petra visitor center. Minutes away from the main attraction gate of Petra, this is a nice hotel. We took standard room and found it was neat and clean. toilet was small but clean. They also have a swimming pool in the roof where one can see the sunset. We took buffet dinner. it was good. The best thing is, this hotel is very near to visitor center gate. Best choice for mid range hotel in Petra.
