Très bel hôtel, idéalement placé à moins de 10 minutes de l'entrée du Site de Petra. Immense chambre, propreté et literie impeccable. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de plats traditionnels. L'hôtel abrite un Amman Sauna à l'etage -2 dans lequel vous pourrez oublier la fatigue des longues marches dans Petra. Encore merci pour l'accueil et à l'attention que vous m'avez porté pendant mon séjour.

Wish I could rate it better. However, they are in the midst of some significant renovations. We ended up with a tiny room across the street from the hotel proper. The meals were very marginal. The main advantage is that it is close to the Petra gate. Things should be better when they finish their renovations.

كانت من احلى الرحلات الي طلعتها في العالم وربنا اداني فندق انما ايه فندق طريق الحرير قريب للبتراء الموظفين ودودين الغرفة مريحة هدوء يوجد موقف سيارات الفطور رائع قريبة للخدمات افضل فندق في البتراء ثلاث نجوم

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche de l’entrée du site de Petra . Nous étions dans la partie neuve de l’hôtel , située en face du bâtiment principale, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables mais les finitions sont plus que moyennes et surtout très bruyant car donnant sur la rue et avec une insonorisation quasi inexistante. Côté restauration, buffet assez peu varié.

Uno dei peggiori mai utilizzato. E ho girato in tutto il mondo. Servizio pessimo, camere inadeguate, cibo scadente. Un disastro. Da non utilizzare. Ci sono a pari prezzi hotel molto migliori. Andate altrove.

Avevamo prenotato una camera quadrupla e senza avvisarci, ci hanno dato una camera con una finestra che dava direttamente su un muro buio, col rumore dei condizionatori. Quando gli ho fatto presente il problema, mi hanno detto che quella notte erano al completo ma che ci avrebbero spostato il giorno dopo. Credo che avrebbero dovuto informare prima circa la mancanza di luce e di ventilazione della camera, in modo da non incorrere in sgradevoli sorprese. Per il resto l'hotel è ok, il personale gentile e la posizione ottima per arrivare in 5 minuti al visitors center

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à 5 min de l'entrée du site de Petra. La chambre est spacieuse avec une bonne literie, clim, télé, frigo. Tout pour se sentir vraiment confortable. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu. Possibilité de dîner mais ce n'est pas leur point fort. Buffet assez généreux pour le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très aimable, de bons conseils et toujours disponible. Possibilité de boire de la bière mais pas de bar.

L'hotel non è come nella foto. Piazzetta piccola con attorno vicini altri hotel dopo una salita con cassonetti di immondizia. La stanza era un buco con finestra che dava su un sottoscala muro sopra davanti e attorno come da foto. Bagno con ventola che non funzionava. Pessimo davvero. Statene lontani
