We stayed at the Falkensteiner Diadora hotel for two nights as a family with a four-year-old (room 2221). We particularly enjoyed the food and the service, which were truly on a 5-star level. The kids' entertainment was also great, although the big indoor pool could have been warmer. Nonetheless, our daughter really enjoyed it, and the animation staff was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a bitter ending to our stay when we noticed that €100 were missing from my wallet. I am aware that this was my fault for not using the safe, but I was confident that such an incident could not happen in a 5-star hotel. I am writing this to raise awareness so that future guests can avoid such an inconvenience. Despite this, we still recommend the hotel overall!

We have been there for 5 nights. It would be nicer if they could provide dinner with more options of warm dishes. The variety was really limited. This was the only shortage we have experienced. Overall, it is a great place for a family to stay, especially with smaller kids.

Awesome family resort with so much to do for sporty families. Great room with a climbing wall. Fortis gym and gaming room was absolutely amazing. Food was so good. Beautiful beach. Our son said that this is his favorite hotel and we all really loved it.

Not really a 5 star hotel but it was nice. The pool was lovely. Went half board but drinks in evening expensive which bumps up the cost. Rooms are not good for teenagers, beds not standard size. Asked reception for extra pillow 3 times but didn’t come, asked the maid instead who got one for us. Taxi to airport 60 euro, taxi to town 30 euro one way. Wouldn’t stay again but would recommend to anyone who has young children.

What a fantastic hotel! The staff was wonderfull and very friendly! The room was lovely, the kids loved the climbing area. The food was made with love. I especially loved the Indian/Thai food. The chef was friendly and always smiling. The playing areas for the kids were super. For every age something to do. Falkensteiner hotel thanx for this wonderful and relaxing vacation!

BULLY BULLY BULLY. There are bully happened in this family hotel, some customers are forcing female customers to be naked in the sauna (it wasn’t mandatory, even if it is, its not customers place to force it) And the staff are just letting it happened. Shame on them. This is not a family hotel. Please dont come. Not worth it. This hotel will give you bad experience. 😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻 霸凌 霸凌 霸凌。這家飯店的客人會逼其他客人在三溫暖要脫光 (且飯店也沒規定要裸體三溫暖，就算有規定，也不該由客人來做)。向員工反應也沒任何作為，就讓霸凌發生。丟死他們飯店的臉。這根本不是什麼家庭飯店。請大家不要來 會讓你住的很不爽😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻😡👎🏻
