O Hotel é bem localizado. É bom, porém as luzes do quarto e do banheiro são muito fracas, o que dificulta por exemplo, uma maquiagem. O Box do banheiro é muito pequeno e o porcelanato é polido, tornando-se escorregadio. Do resto, sem queixas…

Este hotel me surpreendeu… por fora e impossível deduzir como ele é lindo por dentro … fiquei no quarto luxo com uma varanda de frente para a praça , quarto enorme super espaço com um cantinho para home office. Cama super confortável, limpeza Sensacional , chuveiro muito bom , funcionaria super simpáticos e o café da manhã maravilhoso com uma variedade grande de bolos e pães, além de ser super bem localizado sendo possível fazer quase tudo a pé … em uma próxima visita a Petrópolis voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel .. super recomendo

Hotel ótimo, muito bonito e com excelente localização. Equipe atenciosa e eficiente, quarto limpo e confortável. Porém o aparelho de ar condicionado era muito barulhento, dificultando o sono.

Hotel reformulado e bem estruturado, em edifício de 1930, que esteve fechado por 45 anos. Apesar do quarto pequeno, bastante confortável e aconchegante. Atendimento bom por parte dos funcionários, preço justo. Bem central, ótima localização. Bom para uma estadia rápida.

O hotel é bom, a maioria dos funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, o hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado, tarifa razoável mas precisa especificar que o estacionamento é longe e usando o serviço de Valet espera-se em média 15 a 20 minutos para trazerem o carro, isso não consta na oferta do estabelecimento, outro ponto que precisa ser urgentemente revisto é o café da manhã : Ele é bom mas se é das 6:30 às 10h é inadmissível que às 9h esteja faltando tantas coisas colo os bolos que só tinham 2 restos e falaram que não iam repor (mas repuseram um mesmo negando), pão de queijo duro, frio e demorando pra repor, ovos mexidos duros, e demorando mais de 10 minutos para repor às 9:20. Isso é falta de organização.
