Eu e minha família tivemos, no período de 23 a 26 de janeiro, uma ótima experiência no VILLA ITAIPAVA RESORT & CONVENTIONS. Apesar de não ser um prédio luxuoso, fica localizado numa área verde e ampla, cercado por montanhas, o que torna um lugar bem agradável de se hospedar. Nossos quartos (fomos em família e reservamos 3 quartos standard), com camas espaçosas e confortáveis, eram mantidos sempre limpos e arrumados. O café da manhã é bem variado em frutas, pãezinhos, bolos, frios, sucos ... : TUDO DELICIOSO!!! Tem quadras de tênis, de beach tennis, campo de futebol, mesas de sinuca, de pingue-pongue, uma pequena academia de ginástica, piscina pra adultos e para crianças, sala de cinema... e até sala de convenção. Há também programação diária para crianças. Gostaria de ressaltar o EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO DE TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS, sempre muito solícitos, gentis, simpáticos, extremamente preocupados com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. DESTAQUE para Mariane (que, a pedido da minha família, providenciou um minibolo no café da manhã do meu aniversário), Rafael e Elias.

Espaçoso e bonito, mas um pouco caro para o que oferece. Os quartos são grandes, a cama é confortável e o espaço externo é agradável, com algumas atrações, mas a limpeza do hotel deve ser melhor. O box do banheiro apresentava alguma sujeira quando entramos e o sofá do quarto estava claramente sujo. Mesmo solicitando a troca do quarto, o novo não era tão diferente, ainda que um pouco melhor. Parece faltar fiscalização dos superiores quanto à limpeza. Tratando-se de um hotel de quase R$ 1.000,00 por noite à época que ficamos, a gestão de qualidade deveria ser melhor.

Bom hotel mas esperava mais, principalmente por se considerar um resort. Boa estrutura mas precisa se modernizar e fica devendo nos serviços. O restaurante deixa a desejar tanto nas refeições quanto no café da manhã. Pela localização e pelo clima da região a piscina poderia ser aquecida.

Uma boa opção em Itaipava, com muitas atividades para crianças, bom café da manhã e área de lazer! Alguns quartos acabam sendo barulhentos pois a estrada fica muito próxima ao hotel, então é possível ouvir carros mesmo de madrugada. Porém a proximidade da BR deixa o hotel prático para passeios pela cidade.
