After booking 2 rooms for 2 nights for 2 adults & 1 child online, we arrived & not only did we not have a joining rooms but were on different floors. They were able to get us on the same floor but on different sides of the building. We were told by the front desk that biscuits and gravy would be served with breakfast from 6am to 10am however there was only cereal, waffle batter, a couple bagels & toast & it was gone by 7:15am & never replaced, not even the coffee. Both bathroom's were disgusting with dirt and hair in the tub and no towels. The front desk said they would take care of it the next day while we were out but never did. They turned the heater & filter off in the indoor pool cause it was nice outside so the pool was too cold to get into. It says online they have a gym and a sign by the pool pointing to the gym but when we couldn't find it we asked the front desk and they looked at us like we were crazy and said, "we don't have no gym or exercise room." It was a very disappointing stay. They gave us rooms with king size beds then we had to pay extra for cots for the kids that didn't even have a pillow or blankets with it. We had to go by pillows and blankets for the kids to sleep on.

No way I would stay here again. I got 2 rooms and one was dirty and both in poor repair. Bed was hard. Just overall a dingy mess of a place.

Absolutely shocking I can’t believe it allowed to be open and functioning as a hotel. It was dirty, smelly, uncomfortable and the worst stay I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life.

I travel for my work and stay in a lot of motels & hotels and some I perfer to stay in the "Mom & Pop" that are not chain establishments...give back to the community...when I can't, I look up the best deals through my Choice or Wyndham App. Most places are least to desire and this is one of them. The girl who checked me in was the sweetest, I'm getting that out of the way first..I'll give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the rest of the place is definitely subpar. I stayed in ROOM 225..the first thing I noticed was the strong odor of bleach chemicals..the tub faucet has a steady stream of water 💧. I went to the window to check where to park my truck in comparison to my room window..and the floor in front of it is really weak.. I noticed that my room does not have a microwave or refrigerator and when I went downstairs to inquire about it &, also point out the other issues, I was told that because of others actions of destroying property some rooms do not have microwave or refrigerators. I would find another place to stay, but my budget is tight. So if you are someone who needs refrigeration for medication..don't stay here. If you are okay making a dozen trips downstairs to use the communal microwave...don't stay here. Again the girl the the desk was very sweet and attentive as best as she could be. In the noteworthy details at the end of the review on Google I also said this: Description for amenities is a lie. No microwave and No refrigerator and becareful in room 225 of the floor in front of the window

There was a huge slippery spot in the parking lot. 2 of my kids fell more then once well we were there. It wasnt even raining. When they got up they smelled like oil. The bathroom is so small you barely have room to move around. We didn't even stay the 2 nights we paid for. We left Saturday evening.

I booked because I wanted a hot tub and it was out of service the bedroom ceiling had lots of big water spots on it. The water in the bathroom tub was a running streaming water all night. Breakfast You got a waffle with butter and syrup. Orange juice apple juice cereal bread and coffee that was it.

It was wonderful nice room clean manger is very nice ... indoor pool was cold and room where pool is was very cold Hot tub did not work had it coverd
