The reception area is a tiny room and it is locked. You need to dial a number found on the door for someone to come for check in. They advertise pool but pool is empty. Everything they advertise is nearby meaning you need to drive to go there. The apartment though was clean and spacious.

I did not agree to stay and spend the night at the place, so I was transferred to another place.

Hotel from hell… The place is dirty, unkempt and derelict. It looks as though it has been shut for 10 years. The tiles are all loose on the floor, dust and dirt wherever you look, paint splashes on the floor and walls. Thick limescale behind the shower, dirty bedding and towels. That dirty we’ve had to wash them ourselves. The stairwells to get to the car park and pool are full of spiders and webs, fallen down plaster and paint, dust. The lighting is poor and looks like something from a horror film. When we arrived the first day we found a knife in the car park. There are bin bags and all broken furniture throughout the resort and is just extremely unsafe. The pool has a maximum of 8 sun loungers and one working parasol. The pool has hundreds of missing tiles and limescale on the bottom, we are shocked at just how bad this place is. The cupboards are filled with crumbs and old hairs and have minimal utensils. We would absolutely warn anyone from staying at this hotel, looks nothing like the pictures. Stay well away. It’s in a gorgeous locations and there’s plenty of other lovely hotels and resorts to choose from.

We were send to another hotel (Panareti coral bay) as no room was available despite our booking! The hotel was ok and closer to the beach and town so not a big issue.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is a scam and does not exist. They forward your name to another resort that is dirty and cheap and looks nothing like the pictures you book. They also won’t inform you of this until you show up. We got there at 11 pm to a man standing there telling us to go somewhere else. This place needs to be removed.

Το διαμερισμα ητανε πολυ ωραιο, καθαρο, ευρυχωρο αφου ειχαμε και ενα παιδι μαζι μας!! Η βεραντα παρα πολυ μεγαλη με υπεροχη θεα!!! Τα αρνητικα του ομως ειναι οτι δεν υπηρχαν φωτα στις σκαλες και το ενα ασανσερ απο τα δυο δεν λειτουργουσε... Επισης τα φιλτρα των κλιματιστικων ειχαν παρα πολυ σκονη! Γενικα περασαμε πολυ ευχαριστα εκει απλα μια ανακαινιση των χωρων θα ηταν υπερ τους!!!

Shows a lot of promise but generally quite unloved. Damaged furniture, cracked floor tiles but a great sized apartment, exceptional views, nice pool and walkable to the village centre.
Dirty pillows, no interest in covid-safety from staff and a general feeling of abandonment due to lack of guests.
The litter around the pool stayed there longer than we did.

This property is possibly the worst I have EVER been to. We checked out the minute we checked in and never got to speak to anyone to get a refund. So they have normally processed my stay without even us staying there. The “reception” is a tiny room without air conditioning, the receptionist could barely speak english. The reception is a tiny room woth a dirty carpet and a fan not even a window. Outside the door there were dirty unwashed clothes including bed sheets thrown on the floor. The flats were nothing like advertised, broken chairs on the balcony, a thick dirty blanket on the beddings (it’s currently 40 degrees) the flat was not cleaned properly, the curtains were ripped. And I have photos of everything!!! I really hope ******* takes this property down because it’s an embarrassment to cypriot tourism and ******* as a booking platform which doesn’t verify the properties they have on there. We ended up booking a hotel (so these holidays cost us twice what they would have originally).

Only good was the size of the apartment and the friendly receptionist. There were no lights in the parking, the tv was not working, balcony doors were broken, no wifi in the room even if it says that there is free wifi, communal areas such as parking were not clean, overall the place looked abandoned.
