The reception staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. Their service needs improvement. However, the hotel itself is good; it's large, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (even though there are train tracks outside, you can barely hear them in the room). The restaurant has a beautiful view. It's a shame such a large hotel doesn't have a swimming pool; it would make it a truly complete hotel.

The hotel facilities are very good, the breakfast is delicious and of good quality, but when I went downstairs at night, I encountered drunk guests and bar staff who were very rude to me. This alone is unacceptable.

A very nice, modern hotel. The reception was very friendly and prompt. The room was very large and equipped with everything you could want (plus a little more). The wet room was large and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning was very well adjusted and barely audible. There were very good, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was really everything. The WiFi is free, fast and works perfectly. Parking in the parking garage was free. We can highly recommend the hotel, we would be happy to come back. I can't find anything negative.
