It is located at very well place with private beach. Overall rating 9 out of 10. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. It is a recommeded place for relaxation to wind down your stress. Enjoyed the stay there.

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly. Overall it is a very good place to chill. However, the downside is this hotel is slightly far away from the main street of Mui Ne which a lot of eateries there. Need to Grab there, and the cost of the Grab is higher than in HCMH

Amazing service! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had to attend an urgent meeting, and they kindly arranged a meeting room for me right away. Highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel in mui ne, the facility / pool/room, extremely clean and nice

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained. We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy. One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.

Everything is good as a four star hotel standard. However the promised services were not delivered. Afternoon tea was changed to Sunday-Thursday instead of Monday-Friday without informing us in advance, until we asked for it. The acoustic night on Saturday was cancelled as they served other tour group, also without informing us in advance. The last day we were having lunch in the restaurant and they are out of stock for snack butter as their guests were too many in the breakfast buffet, so they ran out of it. It’s not a good reason when their supplies are not well planned. Some dishes were not available as their kitchen is busy to serve the tour group. I feel like the individual guests were less attended to. We were offered 2 small cake as 2 of us had a birthday on the checkin day. Other than the cakes, we were not given anything to compensate for the missing services, not even the apology, which we never experience in 4 or 5 star hotels before.

Room is located in the main building which means you don't need to move around too much. If you like convenience, you can book this type of room
