Rooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside. The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp. Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town. Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.

Well... first of all, there's nothing around. It would be nice to have at least a convenience store. It looks like it was probably a remodel of an existing building. It's clean, but it also feels old. Breakfast is just simple rice noodles. Not bad for a one-day stay.

Do manage your expectation that it's not your usual resort hotel as it's a high rise building that is not located just next to the beach but more like the typical business hotel although it has the main resort offerings and facilities eg pool with sea view, spa, gym, etc. We have no issue because we are not into beach activities or sun bathing. The hotel feels a bit empty. Maybe it's because the guests are spread out throughout the various floors. But it is very cosy, clean and looks very new. The rooms are adequately furnished and equipped with the necessary amenities. We had the seaview room and thus have a beautiful seaview at the balcony. Just to take note that the breakfast buffet may not be up to the standards like other major cities in terms of variety and tastiness. It doesn't have other types of coffee except Vietnamese coffee. But it's decent enough to fill your stomach. Maybe it's a culture thing in this small town or just language barrier. The staff didn't seem very helpful when we tried on separate occasions to ask for notes exchange and a bottle opener. They were not very proactive to solve the issues but just ”bounced” us off to other parties to get help instead. We didn't really get the resolution to all these issues. But if it's good enough for a night's stay.

The stay at the hotel was charming. Upon arrival we exchanged our room for a beach villa for a modest fee. The breakfasts were adapted to local customs, but given that we were probably the only Europeans in the hotel, this is completely understandable. But we always had enough to eat. The other dishes were also very tasty. We took a taxi to the beach not far from the hotel, a beautiful clean beach where we were alone. We wanted to take a trip to Da Lat, which the very nice receptionist willingly arranged for us, the full-day trip with an English-speaking driver at a great price was amazing.
