When we came back from the pool To enter the room, it appeared that the staff had not prepared large towels. There was only a small handkerchief. So we informed the lobby that we needed towels, after which the staff brought us towels. But there was another misunderstanding as usual when checking out. Because there is a bill for the towel. The employee informed that It's the towels that we asked for, but actually we didn't get them from the beginning. Upon check-out, we paid for the excess amount of breakfast for the children. According to the resort's policy The staff at check-in informed that All rooms If there are children under 11 years of age, there will be no additional charge. for breakfast We understand this policy. As there are 4 children in our family, we will have additional expenses. For breakfast 2 people = 175*2 people (calculated as half price of adults 350 baht) but children we have to pay extra are 3 year olds and 1.5 year olds. Leave it to the resort's management. Consider the policy of charging additional breakfast fees again. that in the case of having a second child How is breakfast charge determined? How old do you have to be? The room price that we paid was over three thousand baht per room. We booked two rooms. Tonight we paid a total of over 6,000 baht, but ended up having to pay for additional breakfast for a child under 2 years old (the 3 year old didn't mind anything). If next time there is a chance to come to Phatthalung again. I'd like to come stay here. Because I really like the swimming pool, a**osphere, breakfast, restaurant with great view, and the staff are lovely. But only the resort's policy is lacking. Employees must just follow along.
