El hotel esta un poco deteriorado; en el elevador se esta cayendo la pintura; anexo foto; el cuarto tenia insectos (anexo foto); no tenia el cuarto el control remoto de la television y lo tuve que pedir dos veces ( el primero que me dieron no funciono; los muebles deteriorados (anexo foto); el baño tambien con oxido en las llaves; las sabanas gastadas con agujeros

Time for check in is messed up. It has different times when to late check in. Plus the front desk person was out of it. Rude, would cuss in front of me and other customers for checking in late and just soak very blunt and no customer service. Clearly did not like his job.

The bed was horrible..room 224 we have stayed at that hotel before but never experienced such uncomfortable beds.. checked out at 5:00 am due to being so uncomfortable on bed. Husband and I both were very disappointed with such poor beds and mattress. Have very little sleep 😞
