Great facilities, recommend, happy costumer, employees are awesome, the food is really good, I do enjoy to stay here all the time, the clean of the hotel, and the rich food, make me come back here all the time, overall excellent stay and really great people working here to make your stay very enjoyable.

This has been by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I travel frequently and this hotel has the friendliest staff, provides the best services, gives the best accommodations. 10/10 would come back! They’re so clean, give complimentary bottles of water and have the best breakfast every morning. Special thanks to Marco Escobedo for making us feel at home.

La joven recepcionista al ingresar aproximadamente a las 16:00 hs del domingo 10 de marzo fue muy indiferente, sin ánimos de atender y procesó todo mal. Nos hizo perder tiempo al llegar, no estaba disponible nuestra suite, nos asignó otra frente al ruido del elevador, donde además estaba sucia la bañera, nos cambió de nuevo a otra. Las llaves de acceso no las activó para el resto de la estancia. Al regresar al día siguiente tarde y por la noche estaban desactivadas las llaves y …otra molestia para bajar a recepción y activarlas por el resto de la estancia y al entrar a la habitación…¡sorpresa…otro problema! : no hicieron el aseo ni la limpieza a pesar de que no estaba colgado en la puerta el letrero de privacidad, estaba la basura todavía adentro…
El gerente Marco Escobedo comprendió los (varios) problemas, mostró empatía y resolvió bien.

Our family stayed only one night but it was a great experience. Starting off with Mr. Jesus Toscano checking us in. Great attitude, professionalism and made us know that if we had any issues to just let him know. Great hotel all around. Thanks.

Stayed for 2 nights . Rooms for clean . Staff was awesome. My son had a great time at the pool . Breakfast was a real breakfast , delicious.
