Staff at reception were far from pleasant to deal with. Not a happy smiling face to be seen. The only smiles we received were from the restaurant staff.
The place was VERY noisey. Our last night consisted of loud music till midnight and the sounds of children running around in the corridor. Sounded like a stampede of elephants. The sound of construction at 7.00am also did the hotel no favours. Will definitely not be going there again

The place was wonderful with a private beach and attentive staff. The resort is quiet with a scrumptious buffet breakfast with both vietnamese and international cuisine. Will recommend couples and large families.
