Great experience with this hotel. Accidentally booked the wrong dates and the were able to change our booking free of charge and were super helpful

We were booked into a standard room by our travel agent - we upgraded as the standard was a tiny room with shower over the toilet. Backpackers style. The superior room, like in above photo was lovely but from street level was 229 steps up a hill. Room was lovely and view was fantastic. Shower had no pressure at all so very difficult to wash hair or clean yourself. Staff were very helpful however and friendly and carried our bags up and down all the steps when we arrived and departed. Cheap to stay at and the upgrade for 2 nights was only approx $25 NZD so well worth it.

Bad hotel. The location seems good as it is very close to the center where the shops and restaurants are, but the truth is it is a terrible location. When passing through a very beautiful and clean reception, they tell you that you must exit and go through an alley to enter the hotel. It is extremely poorly maintained with many flaws in finishing and cleaning. It looks more like a hostel than a hotel. In the bungalow that should be a more reserved accommodation, you hear the noise from all the other bungalows. And everywhere you look there is dust and something broken. There is an air conditioning inside the room, but it's as if it doesn't even have one because it doesn't work. We put it on 16⁰ C and it felt like it was just a fan. We stayed at the hotel for 2 hours and preferred to check out due to all these flaws. At the end, we asked to check out and request a refund for the remaining nights that we did not use. We didn't get a refund, because despite showing how different it was from what was advertised to reality, the receptionist informed us that they don't make any type of refund. This type of hotel is just to deceive tourists who don't know the region and pay a considerable amount for a hotel that isn't worth even 1% of its real value. We feel deceived and robbed.

The location is just amazing with the swimming pool view on the beach. The staff is just so kind and helpful. Thank you Alaedin

The location of the hotel itself is convenient, but the stairs to each villa in the hotel are quite harsh. For children, middle-aged, and lazy, it is painful for women to return to the hotel or go out. We strongly recommend that you check with the hotel if you can get a room on a lower floor.

The atmosphere is very good, the view is beautiful, there is a staff to pick us up from the pier. Receptionist Provides all the help that I need, smiling, cheap price with 999 baht I have booked, we can book passenger boat tickets and travel tours here.

Jan'23: I honestly DON'T understand the 4/5 star reviews for this property. Most of them attribute it to the beautiful view from the pool. I do agree, the pool is awesome but only if you need to upload photos on IG. Other than that let me tell you some hard facts: 1. Room quality- These are smallest and darkest rooms I have ever been to. Century old furnishing, which feels like it will break down any moment. 2. Non functional AC - An AC which literally takes 45 minutes to get the room to a bearable temperature. 3. Inaccesible location - The property is literally the second last property on the island and away from all the stores, restaurants and bars. You have to walk atleast 15 minutes to get to the Tonsai market which you might need to do atleast 4-5 times a day. 4. Poor service- The staff were very rude and inconsiderate of any request that we had. No luggage carts, no fresh linen and completely non responsive to any request. I had to drag my luggage to the pier while leaving the property. 5. Exorbitant Pricing - I will concede that the pool view was great which is the reason that most people have rated 4/5 stars, but considering that we paid 125 USD for a night stay, you can get far better accommodation on Tonsai Beach with better furnishing and facilities. Koh Phi phi in itself is stunning and you will have far better spots to get those IG likes. Choose wisely.

The room is clean, looks good on the cover. Cool air conditioner no problem. The room attendant is friendly, kind. Arrange a trip to travel as well. The check-in day is that we arrive early, you can let you stay. We booked two nights at this hotel, but we wanted to stay. The elder who took care of the room, contacted the room elsewhere (this hotel is full, so I didn't stay) The service is very impressive.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance from Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Island. The whole hotel is like a garden. The rooms are small and basic facilities are available. If you don't like it, you can go out to eat in the hotel. There is a restaurant right across from the hotel entrance. Many Chinese people have been there. We have eaten once and it tastes good. There are bars and shops all over the small lanes, so you do n’t have to worry about finding something to eat. Hotel swimming pool is small, enough for children

A terrible old disgusting hotel with administrators - lying. Look at the photo - you will see all with your eyes. Never come here for many reasons! 1.The smell of the rooms. 2.The price is not in line with quality. 3.Bedding is filthy and dirty. 4.Spiders run on the walls.In bed under the blanket when the settlement found ants!! 5.Glass is filthy . 6.The quality of the Internet is disgusting, it is easier to say that it is not! If it is important to stay in touch - here you will be cut off from the world 7. There is no view on the sea, everything is fenced with palm trees, for this it is necessary to settle on the top, but we have refused - the whole hotel was occupied. 8. The roseete near the bed is only on one side as the toilet table. On the second side is an empty space. 9. Furniture and repair are very old, all scratched, the foot of the table stands on the lid from the bottle so that it doesn't swing! 🫣 10. Sewage through the open lounge right in the toilet! The smell of the sewer is nasty, plus the clear noise of the fluids from the top right at you 11. The staff is more concerned about the sale of tours and tickets than about the comfort of the customers 13. The declared balcony is not available. Yes, and in general there are great doubts that this was an improved room as booked. In this regard, contacted the Buking Support Service (see below) 13. Lighting in the room is very dark.The plum in the toilet works barely. And in general, the feeling that you live in the shed During the pandemic, the Thais could make at least a minimum cosmetic repair, but they don't care what rooms they set to rest (!) people. If you are hippari who are smoking and they don't care where to live - you will. If you like at least minimal comfort and silence - bypass this place by side We never come back here and you are not advised. They contacted the Resepshen and the administrator Nuna lied that the issue was solved, although we were not even addressed.
