It is far away from the market center and relatively secluded, but every time you eat or go shopping, you need to walk farther. Someone will pick you up from the pier to the hotel and help transport your luggage. Of course, it is best to tip. Room quality is average.

🏊🏼♂️ The pool was very nice and had a view of the sea (at least a small part of it.
🛏️ The rooms were great. Modern, comfortable and spacious.
🥐 It was good, it needed a lot more fruit but the breakfast was acceptable.
📍 It was a 15 minute walk from the center but we chose it that way, anyway it was safe and nice to walk around the area at night (there were also supermarkets until 12pm). The location also allows you to access other nice and quieter beaches that are relatively close (long beach).
🏖️Every morning the staff cleaned it. It is not one of the best beaches but it is beautiful.
🏨 They picked us up totally free (and without even letting them know we were arriving) from the port.

I would not return to this hotel
The breakfast is really bad and the breakfast area very dirty
The superior room needs to be completely renovated but spacious

The room and pool are very nice! The only negative thing was that in the room they sent us there was a lot of sewage smell in which we had to ask to change rooms.

Location is just too far from anything to do in phi phi. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is not nice to walk there and back continuously for 15 minutes.
Beds are not comfortable at all and there is a sewage smell from the shower for the first 2/3 minutes (this stinks enormously).
Swimming pool is lovely.

Limited options for breakfast; Unpleasant smell in the bedroom (probably coming from the down pipe in the bathroom). Same bad smell in 2 different rooms we stayed in …The bathroom pipes came out with a stink, and it was still the same smell after changing two different rooms. Breakfast was average.
