Вежливая сотрудница на ресепшен.
Теперь минусы:
Постельное бельё и полотенца старые, и жёлтые. В душевой нет горячей воды, только холодная.
Из-за музыки по ночам (из баров) сложно заснуть.
Если есть возможность арендовать отдельную комнату где-то ещё, сделайте это.
