Phi Phi at Pier

I booked a sea-view room, and the view was pretty good. It's also very close to the pier, about 100 meters away, with restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, so the location is excellent. The room was clean and had a fridge. No issues with insects or anything, just a bit humid, which is expected by the sea. There seemed to be staff on duty 24/7, and the front desk English was good. Breakfast was also quite tasty. The only downsides were that I was given a room at the very end of the hallway, and the toilet wasn't great – the flush was very weak.

The service was quite mediocre, and the room was incredibly small! There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. I wouldn't recommend staying here if it costs more than 500. The bathroom was pretty spacious, and the surroundings are convenient, but there's no pool. It's on par with a Hanting hotel in China. (Accompanied by a few photos of Kuala Lumpur)

The staff were very helpful and offered drinks. They even assisted with storing our luggage and brought it to our room. Overall, the room was very new and breakfast was provided. Highly recommended!

I genuinely highly recommend this hotel! It's super convenient, just a two-minute walk to the right after getting off the boat at Phi Phi Don Pier, so no need for any transfer. The balcony door offers excellent soundproofing, completely blocking out the noise from the boat engines at the pier. It's also very smoker-friendly, as you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed. Downstairs, there are many local guides offering banana boat day trips, and their prices are generally consistent and fair. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to grab food, water, or a massage. The experience here is far better than a day trip from Phuket. Phi Phi Island isn't big, so you don't have to worry about transportation no matter where you stay. I brought my own filtered shower head, and after four days, the filter remained white, which is a good sign. The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. On Phi Phi Island, you can't walk three steps without seeing a cat; they're everywhere and aren't afraid of people or aggressive. In the evenings, there's a lady who feeds the cats downstairs. Sitting below the hotel with a bunch of kittens, enjoying the sea breeze and a beer in the evening, was incredibly enjoyable. This is my second time on Phi Phi, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I genuinely highly recommend it; it's fantastic!

Extremely satisfied! Five stars is the maximum rating here, but not the hotel's maximum potential, if you know what I mean! First, the hotel is just 50 meters to the right after disembarking from the pier. No need for further transfers, which saves a lot of time and hassle, especially since you don't have to climb any stairs. From what I observed, many hotels on the island, especially resorts, require you to climb stairs even if staff are assisting with transportation. Second, the hotel's sea-view rooms have balconies with lounge chairs, and the view is dotted with longtail boats – absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery after a day of activities. Third, the room was spacious and clean, with very new facilities. The subtle scent of aromatherapy was very pleasant, and the room looked exactly like the photos on their official website. Fourth, it offers great value for money and includes breakfast. There's a wide selection of fruits, bread, coffee, juice, fried rice, fried noodles, and desserts. You can also order omelets and ham for free, and the breakfast area is a sea-view restaurant! Fifth, the location is incredibly convenient. You can catch a boat to Long Beach right outside, walk 300 meters for kayaking, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores within 100 meters – super convenient! Finally, and very importantly, I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination against Chinese guests, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. Everyone was equally friendly. I had emailed the hotel in advance, explaining that my parents are elderly and need extra care, requesting adjacent rooms with good balcony views. The hotel replied promptly and thoughtfully arranged everything. When we arrived at the front desk around 11 AM, they immediately brought us welcome drinks and even had one room cleaned for us so my parents could check in early and rest! The entire trip was wonderful! If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a swimming pool. But honestly, when you're on Koh Phi Phi, who needs a pool?! There was also a little bit of noise, as it's close to the pier, but the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent soundproofing, so I didn't find it disturbing at all. Other than that, it's all positives! In short, our two-day trip to Koh Phi Phi was made even more enjoyable and happy thanks to this hotel!

The hotel's location is superb, right by the sea with an elegant environment and pleasant scenery. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; eating breakfast while watching the sunrise over the ocean was simply wonderful!

A very clean hotel, super close to the pier. It's just a one-minute walk away. Definitely book the deluxe sea-view room; it's odor-free. The soundproofing on the windows is great, and there's a 7-Eleven and restaurants right next door.

Rooms with a view are splendid! Breakfasts are magnificent, catering to every taste.

The hotel's location is excellent, just be aware that it's on the first line next to the pier, so it can get very noisy sometimes. We couldn't get a good night's sleep here. The hotel itself is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff, and the room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts.
