An amazing stay! The resort is clean and offers everything. The service was great and the buffet breakfast was worth it and the little Monkey Bar was great! The boat taxi from PhiPhi center to the resort is easy to get and the Hotel can help organize the transport to and from Phuket! We will definitely be back :)

花園別墅相對比較舊
部分沙灘別墅應該是有裝修過看着不錯
並且皮皮北的沙灘和水質都超棒
建議大家直接上沙灘別墅出門就是果凍海
上山有日落泳池和酒吧 可以看皮皮島日落
酒店有免費的浮潛和kayak設施租賃使用
也有跳島項目價格可以接受
就是交通稍微不太方便 周圍吃的比較少
接送機酒店提供快艇服務 1900泰銖左右（不便宜 但方便 不需要到皮皮通塞碼頭中轉
但是美景值得！非常推薦休閑度假躺平的來皮皮北住！

房間老舊，服務很差，從check in開始就幾乎沒有任何服務，完全不是度假酒店應該有的水平。定的2大1小的房間，房間裏的小床居然沒有鋪，還得自己打電話叫他們來搞定。房間窗簾壞了關不上，來人修了之後變成關上打不開了，真就糊弄到家。整個酒店給人一種趁五一最後撈一筆的感覺，完全不想用心經營。不值得這個價。
不過攜程服務不錯，因為窗簾的問題補償了部分現金，很爽快。

非常不建議入住.. 挺差的.
對這個價位段的度假酒店來説
-從開始的check in 沒有人接待
到check out 明確打了電話需要用車，也不見接駁車出現，以為是很多人退房需要用車，然後自己拉着行李去lobby，看到路邊停着空的接駁車…
-服務人員態度散漫（不想幹了的態度）
-房間空調聲音特別大，非常影響睡眠。
-早餐真是太貧瘠了
-沙灘躺椅質量非常差，塑料的，（這個價位段的度假酒店不應該出現這種問題）
-沙灘上也沒有遮陽傘
退房路過了隔壁那家酒店 沙灘椅遮陽傘拍拍放，後悔沒定那家…

房間衞生一般，但環境挺好，距離碼頭很遠，衹能乘坐長尾船過去酒店。也可以選擇酒店接送需要加錢。早餐也不錯，泳池也很乾凈，喜歡最遠那個無邊泳池。很漂亮。

帶長者和孩子來的，酒店裡麪的消費需要額外付17%的税費，隔壁有幾個飯店，還有一個小賣鋪裏面賣一些水和零食，園景房離沙灘也不遠，海水很乾凈

給我升房了，該説不説，賓館一樣的設施但是整個環境太好，建議多住幾晚！最美的地方是sun setbar，公共的看日落區域還有無邊泳池！九百多值了！
