An amazing stay! The resort is clean and offers everything. The service was great and the buffet breakfast was worth it and the little Monkey Bar was great! The boat taxi from PhiPhi center to the resort is easy to get and the Hotel can help organize the transport to and from Phuket! We will definitely be back :)

The garden villas are relatively old. Some beach villas should have been renovated and look good. The beach and water quality of Phi Phi North are great. It is recommended that you go directly to the beach villas. There is a jelly sea outside. There is a sunset pool and bar on the mountain where you can watch the sunset of Phi Phi Island. The hotel provides free snorkeling and kayak facilities for rent. There are also island hopping projects with acceptable prices. The transportation is a little inconvenient and there are not many restaurants around. The hotel provides speedboat service for airport pick-up and drop-off, which is about 1900 baht (not cheap but convenient. You don’t need to transfer at Phi Phi Tonsai Pier. But the beautiful scenery is worth it! I highly recommend you to stay in Phi Phi North for a leisure vacation!

The rooms are old and the service is very poor. There is almost no service from the time of check-in. It is not at the level that a resort hotel should have. I booked 2 large and 1 small rooms, but the small beds in the room were not made, so I had to call them to fix it. The curtains in the room were broken and couldn't be closed. After someone came to repair them, they couldn't be closed or opened. It was really a fool. The whole hotel gives people the feeling that they are trying to make a last buck on May Day, and they don't want to run it carefully at all. Not worth the price.
However, Ctrip's service is good. Because of the curtain problem, part of the cash was compensated, which was very refreshing.

-No one greeted me from the beginning when I checked in

I was upgraded to a new room. It's the same facilities as a hotel, but the environment is so good. I recommend staying a few more nights! The most beautiful place is the sun setbar, the public sunset viewing area and the infinity pool! It's worth more than 900!
