Front: Check-in was alright from reception.bit helped me to change the room cuz my room where we've got the AC it's not cool.thxs from your helped. Room:we were booked for the standard room first night, and A/C it not working well. Not even blow air comes out at all, it's was pretty hot. Bit, we are not too picky. If we paid for the room types that we're booked for, then we should get the right comfort room for what we paid. Water: Inside the toilet, the water is hard to run out. Amenities: All good(inside the room) Minibar: Good enough Pool:one of bartender boy,His name is"Name" he was so kindly friendly and great for an was professional for a bartender.

Excellent location, right by the beach. Staff were super accommodating and the swimming pool was great!

There is always loud music playing never stops playing. The staff were not helpful. Too much mosquitos in the room. it’s not clean definitely I’m not recommend this hotel

Didn’t enjoy our stay at all. They put me and my kids at the top floor with all those stairs. There was the loudest music at night from the beach parties all weekend. It was just not pleasant. It felt like the sheet had mosquitos already crawling in them. The 1st day we arrived the room was full of mosquitos. The breakfast was average. The staff were lovely. Although they tried to accuse me of stealing one of their towels from the room during check out. I refused to pay for something I didn’t take. Maybe is I was alone I would have enjoyed the stay but it wasn’t family friendly at all

Quite nice hotel very basic for the price but good enough. Air con stops throughout the day but think this happens in most places in phi phi. The noise overnight is absolutely ridiculous though I was awake until about 4am every night

It was a last minute booking, great location in the center as we only wanted to spend one night in PhiPhi central! As the hotel is near some one the greatest clubs on the island they provided us with ear plugs! Thank you for that! The service was good, they helped us book tickets back to Phuket at good prices and the hotel breakfast was fresh and hearty! The pool was clean and our view from the hotel room was good! We will recommend staying here

Not all that tbh, the air con stops working if noone is at home. Cleanliness quite poor and uncleaned towels provided

Good hotel on Phi Phi, tucked away enough but you could still hear the thumping bass from the nearby parties. Comfortable room with a short walk to the beach. Cheap minibar!

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms, unfortunately we were initially in two front bungalows which were very noisy at night due to night club down on the beach. Manageme t appologised and relocated to quiet rooms without delay. Would recomend and would stay again

We had a pretty decent experience staying here but we had a room at the back of the hotel looking onto the rooms of locals where one guy everytime we opened the curtain was basically looking into our room. The view was as seen in the pictures and the outside chairs seem that they haven't been changed in a very long time. I would definitely make sure to stay at a room near the pool or otherwise chose another hotel if I was to come back. The staff was always very friendly but the security guard made my girlfriend very uncomfortable flirting with here and making innapropriate comments while I used the bathroom at night. Everything else was fine.

I have stayed here three times, staff are amazing and the location is perfect.

Unable to sleep for 3 days. Extremely loud music past 2am, half broken and noisy AC. Staff is really friendly and helped change my room, but it was still quite loud. Very disappointed.
