The facilities are old and the location is very high, halfway up the mountain, so you have to walk a long way and climb a hill. The most disgusting thing is that the room has wooden walls and no soundproofing at all. The voices next door can be heard clearly. In addition, before two o'clock in the evening, the music from six or seven bars on the beach was deafening, making it impossible to sleep. If I go again, I will never stay again

This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. When I got there, they put me in a smaller room without explaining why. After I complained to Trip.com, they moved me to the correct room the next day. The air conditioning and water in my room didn't work well. Sometimes, the shower barely had any water coming out. The area around the hotel is full of mosquitos, so you always need bug spray. The hotel is on a steep hill, making it tiring to get to your room. Also, loud music from nearby bars keeps playing until 4 am, which is really annoying if you're a light sleeper. Every room has these problems. If you don't have other options for a place to stay, I'd suggest cancelling your trip. This hotel shouldn't be listed on trip.com, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

The TV didn't work, the soundproofing was poor, and it wasn't very clean.

Access path to the hotel looks like a recycling center. Beware of misleading photos (update of non-updated photos and non-compliant rooms...).
2 days without access to water in all rooms. The person at the reception is very unpleasant and threatens to call the police and evict us if we dare to complain... Very bad experience. Not recommended at all 😡🤢. No commercial gesture from the hotel despite not being able to shower during the stay 😵💫
