Good value for money. Pleasant family room. Quiet but in 10-15 minutes of walking you are in the center. Beach 5 minutes walk and pleasant swimming pool

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.

A very bad hotel, close to a bar, the disco music lasts until two o'clock in the middle of the night. The walls of the room are not soundproofed at all. A group of English-speaking ** came back at 4 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they kept making loud noises until I posted a comment at 6 o'clock in the morning. I decided to knock them again at 10:00 a.m. when they were fast asleep, as a revenge.
The room facilities are outdated, and you need to use a key instead of a room card.

On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible.
The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help.
We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool.
The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom.
That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

The location is very far from the center, the hotel is old. It is not possible to open windows as there are monkeys on the balcony all the time. Very not recommended
